Ezequiel Vasquez of Ezequiel Concrete and Construction or Ezequiel Vasquez Water Heating or Electricity or Plumbing, etc. is a SCAM ARTIST!! I called him Friday with a Water Leak Simple from my Hot Water Heater. I am Disabled and he came over increased my Water Leak and Now I have no Hot Water!! I am taking care of Elderly Disabled Family!! He told me he had to run for more parts needed $280.00 and left!! Won't answer my calls!! Has Blocked me!! So I just wanted to POST this warning with his picture!!
